With over 80 employees and 16 affiliated skilled nursing and Alzheimer's facilities, the staff at Stay Well Home Health is equipped to meet all of your needs and at all hours of the day. Our team is made up of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapist Assistants, Speech Therapists, Home Health Aides, and Social Workers.
